It's called AutoDigital and it's an innovative Via Directa application, with a white label concept that allows you to carry out surveys through augmented reality and/or report a claim, focusing on fluidity, agility and improvement of the user experience.

• Inspection experience adaptable to the characteristics of the customer's device, as it can detect if the mobile phone is capable of carrying out the inspection through augmented reality and if not, it automatically presents the experience through photos.

• Survey experience adapted to the type of vehicle, motorcycles and cars.
• The use of augmented reality transports the customer to a 3D world fully customized to their vehicle, ensuring a unique customer follow-up.
• Digital car claim reporting, for all types of claim (accident, isolated breakage of glass, theft or robbery, acts of vandalism, natural phenomena or fire, lightning or explosion), with or without a friendly declaration of a car accident (DAAA ).
